Few words about CEC
CEC is a product of old school construction guys who have worked in construction collectively for over 100 years. They have seen much wasteful spending and production inefficiencies. Companies that are making money but have little or no production or cost metrics. Just a couple of spreadsheets on a server. Our goal is to help these companies re-engineer themselves through better cost and production metrics. It’s not about just updating software or developing a new spreadsheet. CEC comes in and evaluates you processes. In most cases its about tweaking existing methods and redefining its output. At the end of the day we will insure your management team gets the right information so sound decisions can be made. Decisions that result in tangible and intangible savings.
